This policy covers closedcircuit.io, the marketing site for Closed Circuit Inc. Product tenants (community platforms and media APIs) have their own data processing terms.

• Cookies: session and CSRF cookies needed to run the site; Cloudflare bot-management cookies.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 may run on this site when configured. It records page views and similar events. You can block it with a browser analytics opt-out.

How we use it

We use contact details to answer sales and support questions and to send requested downloads. We do not sell personal information. Mail is sent through Mailgun.

Retention

Lead and download records stay until we no longer need them for the conversation or for a legal hold. Session cookies expire with the browser session or a short server TTL.
